| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 8/26/08 DETAILS: Called Janene 9/2/08 regarding the positive sample. She thinks they may have a broken line but she isnt sure. I told her to take the 4 repeat sample to confirm that there is a coliform issue. I told her if any of the 4 are positive then we need to treat the well & distribution system. She wanted to treat before the repeats but AI told her that we want to do the repeats first. I also informed her that if all 4 are negative than they will need to do 5 temporary routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
