| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I attempted to contact Sandy Gilman by phone. I left a message to call me. September 5, 2008 I spoke with Sandy and notified her of the alert. She does not know why there was a positive sample. She will contact someone to figure it out. I explained the required 4 repeats and 5 routine samples and to send results to the state DWP and to me. ACTION NEEDED: Sept 26, 2008 4 repeat coliform samples on SDWIS. All samples are negative. | ||
