| Details: | Phone conversation with Brian regarding repeat positives. facility will conduct level 1 investigation and submit to lane county with in 30 days. facility noted low residual as well as line replacements as possible causes. went over sampling with facility. facility sampling protocol had no noted issues, facility is concerned about site as it is at waste treatment plant and restroom. facility may take special samples to continue to monitor. facility will take 3 samples in july following repeat tc. | ||
