| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: On October 10, 2008 the KCEHD received an alert for positive routine total coliform sample. On 10/13/08 I called the Maintenance office. I could not get a hold of Darrell, so I called Spring Street Analytical. Lisa informed me that four repeat samples were taken and they were all TC negative. ACTION NEEDED: In November five routine samples are required. | ||
