| Details: | I spoke with Elizabeth. The normal water operator is out so we reviewed the repeat and triggered source sample procedure. After the positive TC from the kitchen, the repeats and triggered sample were taken. The source came back TC+, but none of the distribution samples. Elizabeth stated that she took that triggered source sample, and based on my instructions for sampling and cautions for contamination, feels that the sample may have not been properly taken. She is asking her normal sampler to take another source sample before they respond by shocking the well. She intends to still post public notice about the total coliform and they will resume routine monthly sampling next month. I also sent an email and asked that the system complete a Level 1 Investigation, as it does not appear and investigation has been performed in the last year. |
