| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform on 9-12-08 DETAILS: Spoke to WSO by phone, informed him that after discussing it with DHS DWS they would need to issue a Tier 2 Public Notice. Since 8 repeat samples have been taken the water system could issue a resolution notice. WSO stated that they had found some damage to the system and had repaired it prior to the 9-24-08 absent samples. ACTION NEEDED: Issue Tier 2 public notice , forward that notice to DHS DWS and Multnomah County and do the 5 routine samples prior to end of month. | ||
