| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to sodium received 11-19-08 DETAILS: Discussed the sodium non alert with operator and emailed him the states sodium fact sheet. Also discussed the fact that the water analysis from 9-24-08 indicates that the sample was taken from EP-A, EP for Well #1 which is disconnected, instead of EP-B, EP for Well #2. Operator discovered that he wrote the wrong EP on the lab slip. He will call the lab to change the source location for the sample and send a letter to the state for clarification and copy Linn County ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
