| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I spoke with John Egan , operator, by phone. I informed him that 4 repeat samples need to be taken right away. He agreed to take them today. I also informed him of the public notice requirement if the repeat samples are positive and checking the well head, tanks etc for leaks of pathways for organisms to enter. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
