| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive routine sample taken 12/04/08 DETAILS: After receiving a copy of the lab report for an e-coli positive routine sample that was taken 12/04/08, I contacted Mike Philips with Westwood Industries and told him that he should arrange to have 4 repeat samples taken as soon as possible. He said he had already arranged for the lab to take the repeats on Monday, but would try and reach them tonight (I received the report at 4:50 pm and was able to contact him until a little before 5 pm) to see if they could sample on Saturday. He said no one was to be at the facility to use the water until Monday, so I said he should contact Amy Parmenter, Betsy Parry, or Casey Lyon in the Springfield office (541-726-2587) first thing Monday morning to let them know if he was able to collect samples. I was not able to reach anyone in the Springfield office, but sent an e-mail to Amy, Betsy and Casey to alert them of the results. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and contact DWP staff in the Springfield office Monday morning. | ||
