| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive routine sample taken 12/04/08 DETAILS: Dave Elder contacted me regarding results he just received of a total coliform positive routine sample that was taken 12/04/08. He said he had taken 3 repeat samples and would get the results back on Saturday. He said he had the contact number for Oregon Emergency Response (800-452-0311) so I recommended that he contact OERS to speak with someone from the Drinking Water Program if the repeat samples came back e-coli or fecal coliform positive. If results came back just total coliform positive, then a Tier 2 public notice would need to be issued within 30 days. Since I was going to be out of the office on Monday, I told him to contact Kari Salis with DWP with the results of the repeat sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Await the results of repeat sampling and contact OERS if e-coli or fecal positive. Report results of repeat sampling to Kari Salis on Monday. Evan Hofeld to follow up on Tues. | ||
