| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer Complaint DETAILS: Caller complained of brown water at his rental property in town. Also claimed to find horse hairs in the filter at his rental property. He thought the problem may have been due to sediment in the reservoir entering the system. I told him the City had been flushing hydrants recently and this may have stirred up sediment in the piping. I also informed him that the reservoir had been cleaned by Liquivision in 2006. I explained the City was collecting extra water quality samples this month. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
