Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I spoke with John Egan, operator, by phone. I informed him that 4 repeat samples need to be taken right away. He agreed to take them today. I also informed him of the public notice requirement. ACTION NEEDED: If the repeat samples are positive and checking the well head, tanks etc. for leaks or pathways for organisms to enter.
