| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System has had recurring positive coliform results since June 12, 2008. All repeats and temp routines since are positive. Spoke with Delpha Petersen several times and she attended SGWO course 9/25. System posted 2 public notices at mailbox kiosk. System install UV treatment in pump house in late August, early September. Took 5 routines 9/24 and post treatment all absent and one pre treatment positive. Discussed installing a raw sample tap with Delpha to periodically check raw source water. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 treated water tmporary routines in October. Install raw and treated sample taps. | ||
