| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 10-8-08 DETAILS: Scott Kruger spoke to Janne Lindsay on 10-11-08 to discuss the MCL violation. She referred me to Gary Watts of Alpine Pump who samples and monitors the system. Scott Kruger spoke to Gary on 10-13-08 and he stated that they were going to shock chlorinate the well and call the customers. I explained to him that calling was not enough notice and referred him to DWP form/tools/ fact sheets for public notification documents. On 10-14-08 I received a fax from Alpine which was a contact report and stating they hoped this is what I needed. I emailed Gary and provided attachments to the proper public notification documents and explain the public notification process. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of five temporary routine samples to be submitted in November. | ||
