Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System has had ongoing positive samples for total and e coli since 12-07. Most repeats and specials taken until May 2008 were positive. Worked with system, did sanitary survey, revisited system to troubleshoot potential causes. System has been chlorinating and requiring backflow protection from all home ( not yet installed). 2 special samples in June absent and 2 routines in July absent. Advised Terry system could go back to quarterly but would recommend monthly at least during spring and summer due to history. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking quarterly samples, recommend monthly. Continue to notify all four homes if water quality issues persist.
