| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken on 10-14-08 was positive for total coliform. I called and left a message for Terry Smith to be sure to collect 4 repeat samples ASAP. On 10-15-08 I called Umpqua Research Lab and learned that the 4 repeats were taken and were all negative. Leona Coleman called to review requirements. Leona does the billing and maintains records for the system. I told her to be sure to get 5 routine samples next month. If they all clear, then they can go back to 1 per month. ACTION NEEDED: System to do 5 routines next month. Sanitary survey scheduled for 11-07-08. | ||
