Details:	SUMMARY: 4th quarterly arsenic sample indicates R&C below 10 ppb MCL DETAILS: Hal Nauman with Clatsop County contacted me regarding arsenic results he received for the Sunset Lake RV Park from sampling completed 11/06/08. The system had been placed on quarterly monitoring April 1, 2008 for a result over the 10 ppb MCL. The running annual average of the last 4 quarterly samples (taken from 1st quarter 2008 to 4th quarter 2008) was 9.75 ppb. System is considered reliably and consistently below the MCL for arsenic and can return to triennial sampling. ACTION NEEDED: System can return to triennial sampling (sampling once every 3 years).
