| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 9-30-08 DETAILS: Spoke with Cheryl Rosario and she knew about the positive sample but wasnt sure what to do now. I discussed with her that she needed to take 4 repeat samples ASAP to confirm the positive. If they do get a positive then I told her Id call back about what to do next. I told her if the sample comes back negative that she will have to take five temporary routine samples the following month. If those were negative then the system would be back on the routine quarterly schedule. She said she understood. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
