| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliforms on October 15, 2008 DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Wiegel regarding his 4 repeat samples which came back positive. He noted that he has had Mr. John Ingles out and a new pump for the chlorinator has been ordered, the cistern has been shocked, and the chlorine has been manually added to the storage tank. The pump will be installed tomorrow. Mr. Weigel has been advised that he is to sample 5 routine samples next month and he is to complete and post a Public Notice form. He is also now monitoring chlorine daily. Health department will do a site visit on 10-20-08 ACTION NEEDED: No further action required at this time. | ||
