| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform test DETAILS: Oct 8, 2008 I attempted to contact operator by phone. No answer. Oct. 14, 2008 I attempted to contact operator by phone. His wife Brenda answered. She confirmed Robert did get the message to do 4 repeat samples right away. I asked her to have him contact me as soon as possible. I spoke with operator Robert and he stated he will take 4 repeats today and send in to lab. I informed him that 5 routines are needed the following month if repeats are negative. If repeats positive, he needs to determine cause and correct. Mr. Lux thinks it was sampling error. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to fax me test results. | ||
