| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer complaint of lack of water delivery DETAILS: A customer from the Boulder Creek WD Rose Lodge system called to report that at least 25 homes had not received water from the system for the past three days. I called Betty Carter the contact for the water system. Betty was not at home but I spoke with her daughter who is very involved with water system. She reported that they had received calls as well and had been busy checking the water system. At this point they have determined that the water system infrastructure is fully functional and that the reported problems were not system problems. I call back the complaintant and he had just started receiving water. He was unsure of the other homeowners but would notify DHS if there were still problems. I also notified Bettys daughter that State law required that the water system notify the State if they were unable to sustain a minimum of 20 psi pressure throughout the system. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
