| Details: | SUMMARY: Chemical alert Tolulene, Tetrachloroethylene DETAILS: Received an alert on 9-30-08 from VOC testing that was done on 8-9-07 reported 1-10-08. I spoke with Mark on the phone and informed him that compliance is to be determined by 2 consecutive quarters of monitoring for the detected contaminants. I asked Mark to start the testing right away. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on quarterly testing for tolulene and tetrachloroethylene. | ||
