| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for a "O" ppm chlorine residual reading taken on 10-3-08. DETAILS: Operator reported that on 10-3-08 he discovered that the hose inside the chlorine pump broke and was not operating correctly. He thinks it might have been non operational for approximately 1 day. The operator has since repaired the pump and has redundant equipment on hand. Chlorine residual is now reading between 0.4 ppm - 0.2 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
