Details: SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic with established yearly average DETAILS: System has established yearly average of 0.017 mg/L and have not submitted plans for arsenic removal. Must go to Public Notice now and notify the state of plans for arsenic reduction. Spoke with Cole Miller, Lisa Richardson and Rex Emery in assisting the preparation of the Public Notice. Forwarded the Public Notice to state Drinking Water. ACTION NEEDED: continue to work with State Drinking Water to have approved plans.
