| Details: | SUMMARY: Checked on Plan Review status DETAILS: I conducted a Water System Survey on this system on 11/25/08. A great deal of renovations had taken place since the previous survey in February, 2005 - no longer using well #2, no more storage tank, added a UV system, etc. Randy checked afterwards and found out he had never sent in the plan review materials. These changes were made in 2006. We discussed what he needs to send in to Tom Charbonneau (UV unit specs, as-built drawings), along with the $150 Plan Review fee. Randy agreed to do so. ACTION NEEDED: Await receipt of plan review materials. | ||
