| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert DPB Exceedence HAA5 DETAILS: Received water quality alert notification regarding this facility for exceedence of MCL for HAA5. Contacted Betty Carter about exceedence. Notified Betty that pursuant to OAR requirements, her water system must now collect DPB samples on quarterly basis, and after a total of four quarters the results would be evaluated (running annual average) to determine if they are eligible for reduction back to 1 sample per year. I also notified Betty that I would be changing the sampling schedule in SDWIS and that failure to report results starting in the first quarter of next year would be a violation. She indicated that she understood the change (I read Section 333 061 0036 3b to her), but was not particularly happy about it. ACTION NEEDED: Change sampling schedule in SDWIS. | ||
