| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on total coliform positive in December DETAILS: I spoke with Ted, regarding the total coliform sample taken on December 17, that returned positive on 12/18/08 at Rainbow Market. Due to extreme weather conditions and much snow, Ted was not able to collect the four repeats until 12/26/08. Results should be returned early this week. I reminded Ted that appropriate action will need to be taken if any of the repeats returns positive. Also reminded Ted that five routine coliform samples will need to be taken in January, 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Rainbow Market to follow up with DWP if any repeats are positive. DWP to provide support as necessary. Rainbow Market to collect five routine coliform samples in January 2009. | ||
