| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert 5642 and Chem 3206 DETAILS: Positive coliform tests and positive coliform repeat sample results since mid-September 2008. Also installed nitrate treatment which is not providing adequate quality. Bill Foss is working with OPRD on plan review issues and follow up as per agreement. ACTION NEEDED: Facility will close on 10/31/08 for the season. I wrote a violation note on the restaurant inspection and I expect system chlorination and further testing by OPRD. | ||
