| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Routine quarterly coliform 10/20/08 positive. Called Craig 10/28 and discussed. System took a replacement sample and submitted a request to invalidate. Cannot invalidate sample but can use the replacement as one of 4 repeats. Will waive need for 5 temp routines in Movember. Craig said he had a feeling he may have contaminated the sample as he did not remove screen, etc. Results id# A81021c3 and #A81020c2 are for the BPA Grizzly aand LaPine substations which are not public systems. Discussed with Craig that these should be labeled clearly and marked as specials so results are not shown on SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Take additional 3 repeats asap. No need for 5 temporary routines. | ||
