| Details: | Mr. Reedy contacted me on 6/26/18 to inform me repeats taken on 6/24/18 (for the May 2018 positive) were also positive. At this time, I did not instruct him on future sampling. Russ Kazmierczak and I have scheduled a site visit with him on 7/11/18 to assess the continuing issue of positive coliform samples over the past 2 years. | ||
