| Details: | SUMMARY: Di(2-Ethylhexyl)Phthalate detection sample taken 10/14/08 DETAILS: I spoke to Pat about the Di(2-Ethylhexyl)Phthalate detection in October at the Entry Point for Well #2 (EP-B). Because the result was above the minimum detection limit, he will need to collect two (2) quarterly samples at EP-B for the chemical detected. Since Well #2 is seasonally used, he will collect the first quarter sample when the well comes online around May 2009. He agreed to take the 1st quarter sample then. 1/26/11 - reviewed additional monitoring completed at Well #2 (EP-B) for phthalate. All samples were non-detect. Returned monitoring frequency to once every three years. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
