Details: SUMMARY: Can not meet CT issued boil water notice DETAILS: Henry creek is to turbid (estimated over 10,000 NTU) and filters can not keep up.Taking filters off line until source clears up. Will continue chlorination and issue boil water notice. Notice was delivered by going door to door. Will take 5 bact samples before lifting boil notice. ACTION NEEDED: monitor situation
