| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up on total coliform positive DETAILS: Don returned my call on 1/2/09, regarding a total coliform positive sample taken on 12/29/08, that returned positive on 12/31/08. Don mentioned that Sundials office was closed on 1/1/09 and 1/2/09. I told Don, that Sundial needed to take four repeat samples right away. I also reminded Don, that due to the total coliform positive in December, five routines would need to be taken during January. The four repeats could not count toward the five routines. ACTION NEEDED: Don to contact Pyxis Portland lab on 1/5/09 to discuss collecting four repeat samples. Sundial to contact DWP if any of the repeats come back positive. DWP to provide support, especially if positive repeats. | ||
