| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup to phthalate detection DETAILS: Followup to 11/14/08 contact report. Citys follow up testing showed non-detect for phthalate. Under OAR 333 061 0036 aCi, the City will need to do at least one more quarter of additional sampling then annual sampling for three years (assuming non-detects) then return to a once-every-three years schedule. ACTION NEEDED: 1st quarter testing for di(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate then determine if system can go to annual testing or will need one more quarter testing before switching to annual. | ||
