Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Alert as of 1/01/09 DETAILS: Jan 1, 09 raw water turbidity (> 50 NTU) resulted in sand filters frequently backwashing (flow to waste) more water than was being produced. System filters were bypassed so that system could provide water. ACTION NEEDED: Boil Alert send by hand deliverly to each user prior to bypass (4 pm Jan 1). Boil Alert to remain in place until raw turbidity is down, residual restored, cartridge filters back online. Also, a round of TC samples (5) will be collected and must test negative to rescind alert. Steve will contact Pete F from this office prior to rescinding alert.
