| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on water system DETAILS: Greg DeBlase contacted the operator today to check in with the system and confirm the addressess of each well. The well we have in the inventory as SRC-AA Well #1 (MARI 10821) is their Primary well and is located at 6268 78th Ave SE, so SDWIS coliform test data with that address is from the wellhead. The well we call SRC-BA Well #2 (MARI 10822) is their Secondary well and is located at 7878 Mosier St. SE-- there is only one wellhead sample from this well taken April 2008 and it was absent for coliform. Greg asked the operator to do another coliform test at the wellhead for Well #2 so that we can check if it has coliform issues like Well #1 does. If not, the system may be able to use Well #2 as their primary source. They have been hesitant to do that b/c well #2 has high iron, but it still might be their cheapest alternative. ACTION NEEDED: Greg will let me know when the source test for well #2 comes back. | ||
