| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert -total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Charmayne today regarding original total present sample taken 1/8/09 and the repeats of which three came back present for total coliform. She doesnt know the reason yet and is looking into where the contamination is coming from. She has posted the public notice and knows to take five routines in Feb 2009. ACTION NEEDED: corrective action is trying to determin where the contamination is coming from by taking additional special samples and pressure testing areas of the distribution for leaks. Then shock system if cannot find the problem. Take five routines in Feb 09. | ||
