| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation DETAILS: Spoke with Mike McGuiness regarding sampling. System had shut down last September with only two repeats done. It was decided that system would declare an MCL violation and would perform 5 routines prior to re-opening in 2008. A Public Notice would also be posted. ACTION NEEDED: System will perform 5 routines in July 2008. A copy of Public Notice will be provided to DHS. Await results. | ||
