Details:	All samples were taken at swivel faucets. Discussed proper sample taps (non swivel, aerators removed) and sampling technique (flush 3 - 5 minutes) don't adjust stream, let water continue to run and take sample. Also advised that a level 1 investigation will be requested from the State Drinking Water Services. Needs to be completed within 30 days. Noted that Source sample was not take yet. Advised to take Source sample before June 28th. Also there are 3 temporary routine samples required in July. Do not disinfect well before getting the source sample.
