| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper excursion DETAILS: Called Russ Cooper to let him know that Monmouth received a l&c excursion for going under the minimum pH. Also received 2 additional excursions because the rule states that an excursion will be assigned on each day until the next sample date. Advised Russ to sample the next day after an excursion so Monmouth doesnt exceed 9 excursions within 6 months. Also discussed resetting the pH minimum to 7.0. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operators will need to watch for days when pH dips below minimum set (7.0) and make certain that they sample the next day to avoid additional excursions. | ||
