| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform positive routine follow up DETAILS: Spoke with Martin regarding the total coliform sample taken 1/15/09 that returned positive on 1/16/09. I mentioned that four repeat samples need to be taken with 24 hours. Well shock-chlorinated on 1/16. Martin to take repeats as soon as possible but no later than Tuesday, 1/20/09. Martin not aware of any construction near well. I mentioned the requirement to take five temporary routines in February. Public notice templates on site, in case of a repeat positive. ACTION NEEDED: System to follow up with DWP if any of the repeats are positive. DWP to provide support as necessary. | ||
