| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to bacteria alert for positive coliform DETAILS: Corresponded on 10/8,10/9, 10/10 and 10/31 by phone and in office with Alan, operator of system to positive results for routine and repeat coliform monitoring samples. The water system was chlorinated on 10/9/08 by Alan and Mark Beam. Samples after chlorination came back negative. Mike Matthews helped Alan to draft tier 2 notice on 10/31/08. ACTION NEEDED: Alan will take five routine samples in November. | ||
