Details: SUMMARY: Routine sample, 10-7-08 positive for Total coliform DETAILS: 10/9/08 Called and left message with Chuck to obtain repeat samples. 10/14/08 Verified with Neilson Research Inc, that four repeat samples tested negative for total coliforms. 10/15/08 Called Mt Ashland Inn, reminded them to obtain five temporary routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be taken in November.
