| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample on 8/26/08 DETAILS: 8/2/08 Four repeat samples were submitted to Neilson Research 8/3/08 I spoke with Cindy. She has no theories on the cause of the positive sample. 8/4/08 Neilson Research confirmed that four repeat samples collected from the sink tested negative for total coliform. I called Cindy and informed her of the results. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed at this time. | ||
