| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System needed to take 5 temporary routines during October following September positive. One sample taken 10/27 was absent. Doug called and asked if another 4 were necessary. He took another 4 temporary routines on the 28th and 3 of these were positive. Spoke with Doug again on 10/30 and discussed possible causes, correction action and reposting a new public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem and take 5 temporary routines in November. Any number of 5 routines can be used for verification that problem fixed. Submit copy of public notice. | ||
