| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform on repeat samples 8/20/08 DETAILS: 8/22/08 - I spoke with on site manager George Justice 541-582-1686 and explained the shock chlorination procedure. George will chlorinate the system on the evening of 8/22/08. 8/25/08 - I called George to verify that the chlorination process was completed. He said that everything went well. He flushed the system Saturday morning until there was no chlorine smell remaining. 9/2/08 - I called Grants Pass Water Lab and reminded them to collect five temporary routine samples. They will collect the samples this week. 9/03/08 - Grants Pass Water Lab collected five temporary routine samples. 9/4/08 - Four out of five temporary routine samples tested positive for total coliform.
