| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-Reporting of TC in 4th Quarter 2008 DETAILS: Dan Allsup was listed as the contact for sampling for this water system, so I phoned him. He reported that the water system owner, John Green, had hired Oregon Water Services to oversee the water system some time in 2008. All the residents (10) are sharing the cost of this service. I phoned Oregon Water Services, who checked and said they neglected to take this coliform sample for the last quarter of 2008. They immediately sent someone out to take one now. I phoned Dan Allsup again to let him know what happened, and that they should check their OWS billing. ACTION NEEDED: Add Oregon Water Services as a contact for this PWS on SDWIS. | ||
