| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 9/24/08 DETAILS: 9/28/08 - I received a voice mail from Carol Erikson, (541) 261-1600 enquiring about the repeat sampling protocol. 9/28/08 - I spoke with Carol who informed me that she submitted four repeat samples today. She said that there is a screen on the kitchen faucet that she samples from and there always has been. She removed the screen prior to collecting the repeat samples. 10/01/08 - Four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. I left a voice mail for Carol reminding her to submit five temporary routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October. | ||
