| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Andy on the phone regarding total coliform sample taken 1/14/09. He said they had some line breakage with the recent freezing weather and the chlorinator also broke. He is fixing the lines and chlorinator today and plans to take four repeats on Thursday. He is aware of five additional routines to be taken in Feb 2009. Andy Hadix will also be the primary contact from now on. ACTION NEEDED: four repeats asap, five routines next month. | ||
