| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 11/20/08 - 5 pm: Contacted Mr. Doetsch (operator) and informed him of the positive TCR test results ( 4 repeat samples) 11/21/08 - 9 am: Provided corrected information. Contacted Mr. Doetsch and informed him of monthly MCL violation. ACTION NEEDED: 11/20/08 - 5pm: Requested Mr. Doetsch to post a public notice informing users of the positive TCR test results (boil water etc.) 11/21/08 - 9am : Notify public within 30 days. Identify & remedy problem. Collect a special water TCR test sample to verify. Collect 5 special-routine water TCT test samples during the month of December. | ||
